Site Supervision
I can provide a full or partial supervision service . I can carry out interim inspections during the construction of the property to ensure compliance with good building practice, requirements of the current Building Regulations and the conditions of Planning Permission. At each interim inspection i provide a Certificate for draw down and Mortgage. Upon completion of the works I provide a Certificate of Compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations together with a Snag List of any defective or outstanding items of work.
A full supervision service involves preparation of tender packages and advice in the selection of a competent builder.
I carry out agreed inspections and site visits every two weeks and deal with any complications, which may be encountered by the builder while also monitoring cost control and any variations in the contract figure as they may arise. I am on hand during the complete project stage to deal with any queries from our client or the builder as they arise.
