Tender Drawings
I produce expert and accurate detailed building drawings for pricing. These drawings include full electrical and plumbing layout, foundation plan, window and door schedule, and all other details and specifications so as to get a detailed and accurate price for the job.
I believe this type of detail should be completed for all jobs, big or small, to eliminate any extra cost items at the end of the job.
When all tenders are received I help in choosing which contractor should proceed with the job. A contract is drawn up between the client and the contractor prior to the job starting.
